Package Your Rental Return
- Important: Prior to putting the rentals in the package, please take a picture of the book(s) for reference. It is a good idea to grab pictures of the front and back cover, the spine, and at least one or two pages with the book open. Hold on to these pictures until your rental return has been processed.
- Next, enclose all rentals from your order in one package.
- Please be aware that only one label can be provided per school term per order.
- For example, if you have 2 rentals in your first order, you will only use one label and ship both books back in the same box.
- If you have a second order that also contains a rental, that rental will go in its own box with its own label.
- Attach the shipping label to your package.
- Drop off the package at the carrier listed on the label.
- DO NOT drop off the package at your campus mail room or anywhere else on campus.
If you are wanting to return items from more than one order, then please ensure the items are packaged separately and that you print the return labels separately. Failure to do this will cause issues at the warehouse when checking to confirm all items were returned successfully and may result in a buyout or extension being charged for the items.
