Applying school funds to an order
If your school has setup the ability to to use your financial aid or charge materials to your student account or campus card, the balance will be visible on the websites header when you are logged in. When checking out, select the check box next to the listed balance to apply it to your order.
If you believe you should have a bookstore balance and do not see an option to charge a balance, contact your school's bursar or financial aid office.
What is the bookstore charge program (BCP)?
If you do have the BCP program balance in your online bookstore, it offers you a quick and easy way to buy your textbooks early and pay later. The balance displayed in the bookstore is the amount available for you to charge on your account for your textbooks. This interest-free line of credit is then later billed to your student account.
Note: The BCP program is not available at all institutions or available to all students.
Gift Codes
If you have or were given a gift code or voucher, please add it in the "Add a gift code or other payment code" field to activate it. It should then be visible when logged into the website.
Helpful reminders
- If there is any remaining balance after applying school funds to an order, please add an additional payment method or another form of payment.
- If you order a rental, it is a requirement that a credit card be added to ensure the rentals return. It will not be charged unless the materials are not returned on time.
