Opt-out Error Messages
If you had trouble opting in or out of the materials in your school’s inclusive access program, you might have received this message:
Message: “Sorry, your change could not be saved. Our team is working on fixing this. Please try again tomorrow. Click here for more info.”
What should you do next?
If your opt out deadline is today or passed - let us know as soon as possible that this error has occurred.
Otherwise:
- You should wait 24 hours for our team to implement a fix and then try again, as we are working on the issue internally.
- If after 48 hours you are still unable to make your needed change please let us know.
